As of March 2006, you voted (either in person, by proxy, or because you choose not participate) a new group of folks to best run the community!  The 2006 board is working hard to find ways to cut costs.  Every little bit helps.

• The 2006 board is walking your neighborhood and passing out newsletters.  (Note: Newsletters cannot put in your mailbox without postage because that is against the law.)  This one effort alone is saving the community $200 each time.

• The 2006 board is looking into grants to help subsidize new projects.  (if you know of any, please let them know)

• The 2006 board has turned down any kind of salary associated with the position (... this is a joke to see if you are paying attention... these are voluntary positions and no pay is ever part of the job!)

• The 2006 board plans to provide both annual proposed budgets and monthly actual budgets.
