Property Manager's responsibilities include:

• Implements property administration infrastructure (including policies, and processes) to meet compliance of covenants
• Stays current on all relevant regulations
• Maintains liaison relationship with HOA Board and the vendors associated with property administration
• Provides assistance to the HOA Board in all areas of property management
• Provides external and internal reports that are complete, timely and accurate
• Prepares and implements corrective action plans in response to audit findings, and monitors progress

You need to call/write the Property Management Company when:

CALL:          If you have a question or a complaint
                      When you would like a form  - (although it is free on this site, under Homeowner Documents)

WRITE:         To send in your Annual Dues
                     When submitting an Architectural form
                     If you have a suggestion or complaint

The Property Manager cannot help you with crime, vandalism, or problems with neighbors.
-    For crime, call the police
-    For vandalism, call the police
-    For problems with your neighbors, try and work it out.
