BAYSWATER is like any other community that has been built in the last 15 years - it has Rule, Restrictions and Covenants.  It was one of the many documents the homeowner signed at closing - or if you are renting, must still follow.

The responsibility of overseeing the enforcement of the Restrictions and Covenants falls to the BAYSWATER Homeowners Association Board (HOA Board).  The HOA Board consists of 3-6 members of the community, are home owners, and have volunteered to commit their time to improve the community.  They are elected during the Annual Spring Homeowners Association Community Meeting.

As an elected group of volunteers, they depend on assistance from a Property Management Company.  It is up to the board to ensure that the management company has the community's best interests at heart.  If this is not so, the board can elect a new company that better matches that goal.  Currently, our management company is JEFF NOEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC.  (See that page for more information.)

Your HOA Board meets on a regular monthly basis; which is currently the 2nd Wednesday of each month.  (This is subject to change - so, always call before-hand if you would like to attend.  And, some meetings will be closed due to the nature of the business.)   The purpose of these meetings it to review the HOA Board financial information; discuss community issues; and to make plans for  the future.
