Yep, 2012 Is Here!
Here's some winter tips:
 

1.  Dress in layers to keep warm.

2. Don't leave space heaters unattended.

3. Shovel in front of your mailbox if you want your mailman to deliver the mail.

4. DO park your car in your driveway when it snows - otherwise you may not receive snow removal.

5. Do remember to smile and say a kind word to your neighbors!

6. REMINDER - Dues are now $220; please pay them.  If it's a problem, call the Management Co. and work out a payment plan.  (Paying your dues will keep your home from free from legal actions and liens!)

Community is off of I-465 and W 46th street.  Turn onto Bayswater Blvd.

The community is just a hop, skip and a jump from I-65 and I-465.

This property and it's 294 homes were built by C.P.Morgan builders in 1990.  This home edition is in Pike Township, Marion County.

Bayswater Community is located just out side the loop, less than a mile from Eagle Creek Park, and NW of downtown Indianapolis.  Because it is close to the freeway, it is an excellent location that allows residents to enjoy easy access to everything Indianapolis has to offer.
