BAYSWATER COMMUNITY BEAUTIFICATION AND CLEANUP
See photo above on the right with an HOA Board Member and some volunteer homeowners. Next year we hope for more participation. It was hot outside and it only took us an hour and a half by working together.

NATIONAL NIGHT OUT / CRIMEWATCH COOK OUT— The 1st Tuesday in August annually.
The Crimewatch committee has hosted this event for the last 3 years. We have food on the grill, games, and the cookout event is free for resident owners and renters of the Bayswater community HOA. This is a great way to meet your neighbors as well as some of the IMPD police officers that patrol our district.
Please don’t forget to bring your lawn chair.
