FROM THE DESK OF THE PRESIDENT
Gloria, President HOA
The year is almost half over. The board has had many changes during the past year. We have lost members due to various reasons. We now have a board consisting of 5 members. We have a lot of work to do but we are confident that we can achieve the desired improvements.

Bayswater has Covenants, Bylaws and Architectural guidelines that can be found on our website www.mybayswater.org
Starting in June we will start sending letters out regarding Covenant violations. Violators will receive two (2) letters from Ardsley Management. If they do not comply after the second letter, the case will be referred to our legal department which costs the Association. If legal has to refer the case to the courtssnd If found in violation by the court, the homeowner will be billed for ALL legal fees and court costs.
Thank you to everyone who paid their HOA dues or have set up a payment plan with Ardsley Management. The HOA dues pays for ground maintenance, security, lights, legal, and property management fees.
PARKING has become a problem again. Cars are parking on the grass and the curbs are starting to look bad. The Covenants, By-Laws and Architectural Control Guidelines applies to every home in our community. NO HOUSEHOLD IS EXEMPT.
VEHICULAR GUIDELINES
No Semi trucks
No campers, boats or trailers are allowed
All vehicles must be properly licensed and drivable, unless stored inside the garage
Street parking is allowed on a temporary basis for residents and their guests.
No parking on any grass
TRASH CANS must be stored inside the garage or out of the public view. Any trash on any lot, drive or in the street, must be picked up by the homeowner. Please put loose trash in trash bags to reduce trash blowing around on collection day
TRASH MAY BE SET OUT NO EARLIER THAN 3 PM THE DAY PRECEEDING COLLECTION AND STORED OUT OF SIGHT BY THE DAY AFTER TRASH COLLECTION.
When not in use basketball goals should be stored near the house. When in use basketball should be solely within the owner’s driveway or yard. Basketball goals are not premixed in the public streets or cul-de-sacs and if left in the street or blocking the public sidewalk is subject to removal by the city.
PROPERTY VALUE UPKEEP & BEAUTIFICATION
Lawns must be mowed on a regular basis. Uncut lawns will be referred to the Mayor’s Action committee and the homeowner is liable for paying to have it cut.
Please replace broken or discolored blinds in all windows
The front fountain has been repaired and installed
The board is looking to replace the old entry sign with a new brick sign for the entry to our subdivision.
