Welcome to the Bayswater Homeowner's Association (HOA) Website.  We are a diverse community of singles, families with children, empty nesters, and retirees.  We have over 290 homes in our HOA subdivision that is nestled in the Eagle Creek area of Indianapolis, Indiana.  Some of the things we adore about our location is being less than a mile from Eagle Creek Park, the Mary & John Geisse soccer complex and Eagle Creek Reservoir.  We are also only 15 miles from the (IND) Indianapolis Airport, 10 miles Northwest of downtown, and 6 miles from the excitement and rich history of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.  If you are a person who likes to get out and about, you might even see some of the Indianapolis Colts going to or leaving their nearby training facility.  If you enjoy walking outdoors, bike riding, fishing, boating, paddle boarding, or other outdoor activities, our location near Eagle Creek reservoir is for you.  

 

Our school district is Pike Township Schools, which has earned an A rating by the Indiana Department of Education for 5 consecutive years.  Some of the advantages of our school district is that Pike High School offers the opportunity to earn dual credits to apply towards college, offers AP courses and the IB International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
